Sample Result Layouts:
Layout 1a: High Complexity
High complexity patterns can dramatically improve yield but require significantly more time to cut at the saw. ARDIS can be configured to favor higher yield above all else.

Layout 1b: High Saw Efficiency
A simple setting allows you to limit pattern complexity to a certain number of phases. Simple patterns reduce production times at the expense of material yield.

Layout 2: Reusable Scrap
With the reusable scrap option ARDIS will designate unused sheet areas as 'Rest'. These can then be added to the material inventory for use in subsequent optimizations.

Layout 3: Grain Matched Figures
The Perfect Grain Matching add-on allows you to define figures for parts that must be cut from the same board and in a specific arrangement, i.e. two doors and a drawer. The figure is highlighted in the sample for clarity.
