N.CAD Doors

A software for designing parametric doors with CAD interface. CAM output for communicating door machining operations and instructions to a CNC machine.

*N.CAD was formerly known as COBUS. In legacy images that refer to COBUS in this documentation, please substitute N.CAD in its place.

Hardware Requirements

PC with 32 or 64-bit processor from Intel Core i5, 1 GB RAM, CD- or DVD-Rom-drive, at least 2 GB free disc space on the hard disc drive, 1 USB interface, keyboard, mouse, and 17“-monitor (1280 * 1024 pixel), operating system Windows 7, 8 or Windows 10 completely installed and ready for operation. The PC shall meet the requirements which are named by Microsoft for the respective operating system. For an efficient software service and best support from our Support-Team the computer should be connected to the internet.

Support Introduction

The N.CAD Doors online support provided by Eurosoft, Inc. is currently available in 2 formats:

1) As documentation: In a format that is intended to impart concepts of door design and manufacturing, an overall understanding of the software's file and system architecture as well as step by step instructions of how to set-up various components of the N.CAD doors software. The theoretical concept behind this documentation is that it provides a person, with no knowledge of door design or manufacturing and assuming some technical literacy with contemporary computers and software, a baseline understanding of what they are doing in the software and why.
This software is available in .PDF format. Please request it from Eurosoft support at support@eurosoftinc.com

2) As Videos: Designing a door, setting up a N.CAD Door version and other concepts shown on screen and with narration. Not every aspect of the software is shown only the most common utilizations of tools, concepts etc. are demoed. See here table of contents to the right or scroll down to videos.
